Users can transmit blood glucose and blood pressure data through FORA TeleHealth Gateway at home. Without a complicated setup, users just test their blood glucose with FORA blood glucose meter, and then connect the device tothe FORA gateway. The data is sent automatically and stored by the TeleHealth Software. Every member in the disease care team can check the data by accessing the internet-based FORA TeleHealth System software from anywhere, anytime.
