The Fora TeleHealth system bridges the gap between patients and their healthcare team regardless of the physical distance between them. The complete TeleHealth system is composed of homecare devices, the TeleHealth Gateway and the TeleHealth Software. Patients and healthcare professionals can easily manage diabetes via the internet.

Users can transmit blood glucose and blood pressure data through the FORA TeleHealth Gateway from home. No need for complicated setups and installations, users just need to test their blood glucose with the FORA meter as usual, and then connect the devices via the home gateways. The data can be sent automatically and stored by the TeleHealth Software. Every member in the healthcare team can check the data by easily accessing the internet-based FORA TeleHealth System – anytime, anywhere.
